Hotel Featuring Zen with Minimalism Theming "Accommodation Style Tea Room"

"Hotel Zen Tokyo" concepting as Zen with minimalism theming “accommodation style tea room” will be opened at Nihonbashi Ningyocho in early April.

"Hotel Zen Tokyo" is the world's first "Zen with Minimalism" hotel which renewed the conventional capsule hotel.
Each guest room has modern Japanese room where architects reinterpreted the masterpiece tea room "Taian" created by Sen no Rikyu in the latter half of the 16th century as stylish 21st century style. They have 2m height of ceiling, Simmons brand beds, decorated Japanese paintings on the walls. Provide quality Japanese experience even in a minimal space.

It has seven floors and totaling 78 rooms with 5 types of rooms according to bed size and room size.The hotel also has a total of 300 square meters of shared facilities. The guests can enjoy relaxed time outside the room with the facilities such as a bar / lounge where guests can enjoy cocktails using sake or Japanese liqueurs carefully selected by Sommelier, and work lounges for businessmen to use.Also, the original room wear which guests can wear at the hotel for ease is designed by Tamae Hirokawa, SOMA DESIGN creative director / designer. The room wear inspired by the kimono looks natural and imagined the soul of Zen.The hotel is located 1 minute walk from Ningyocho station. Since Ningyocho has good access to sightseeing spots such as Asakusa, Ginza, Akihabara, Tokyo Station, Haneda Airport and Narita Airport, it is assumed that both tourists and businessmen will use.

The room charge is from 6000 yen.
